A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|
|
|
AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the transfer of a portion of certain money in the Texas |
|
|
emerging technology fund to the Texas Enterprise Fund. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Not later than the 90th day of the state fiscal |
|
|
year beginning September 1, 2015, the comptroller shall transfer 50 |
|
|
percent of the unappropriated and unencumbered balance of the Texas |
|
|
emerging technology fund to the credit of the Texas Enterprise |
|
|
Fund. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
|
|
a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|
|
provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|
|
Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|
|
Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
