| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 531.045, Government Code, is repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. On the effective date of this Act, the | ||
| interagency task force on electronic benefits transfers is | ||
| abolished. | ||
| SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. | ||
