| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Sections 172.021(e) and (g), Election Code, are | ||
| repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. | ||
