CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 32 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 84th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to correct House Bill No. 32, in SECTION 1(a) of the bill, by |
|
|
striking "Franchise Tax Repeal Act of 2015" and substituting |
|
|
"Franchise Tax Reduction Act of 2015". |
