R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, A life made rich through meaningful service drew to
  a close when Fred Gray of Gatesville passed away on December 4,
  2014, at the age of 57; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Gray was born on November 1, 1957, in Rochester,
  New Hampshire, to Fred H. and Lucille Larochelle Gray; he graduated
  from Rochester High School in 1975 before moving to Texas, where in
  1980, he began his career in firefighting and emergency medical
  services; and
         WHEREAS, For 17 years, Mr. Gray worked as the EMS director
  for Coryell Memorial Hospital; he also served as the Coryell County
  emergency management coordinator and, for the last five years, as a
  program director with the Air Evac Lifeteam at Base 66 in Killeen;
  and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Gray enjoyed the love and support of his wife,
  Janice Ray, whom he married on November 8, 2002, and he was the
  proud father of four children, Rachel, Kevin, Lance, and Jeremy; he
  was also a valued member of First Baptist Church in Gatesville; and
         WHEREAS, Devoted to his family and to his community, Fred
  Gray lived a caring and purposeful life, and he will forever be
  remembered with deep affection by all who held him close to their
  hearts; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby honor the memory of Fred Gray and that sincere
  condolences be extended to the members of his family: to his wife,
  Janice; to his children, Rachel Baggerly and her husband, Richard,
  Kevin Gray and his wife, Raegan, Lance Gray, and Jeremy Pruitt and
  his wife, Casey; to his father, Fred Gray Sr., and his wife, Terry;
  to his siblings, Sally Hildreath and her husband, John, Alan Gray,
  and Rosie Gray; to his grandchildren, Izaac, Izaiah, and Sarah
  Baggerly, Kinzlee Gray, and Brooklyn and Roman Pruitt; and to his
  other relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Fred Gray.
