R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Jack and Marceline Aaron of China Spring celebrated |
|
their 60th wedding anniversary on October 27, 2014, and they may |
|
indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have |
|
shared; and |
|
WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1954, Jack Aaron and the |
|
former Marceline Copeland exchanged the vows of matrimony in Waco |
|
at the home of Catherine Aaron, the groom's mother, and over the |
|
course of their marriage, they have found in each other a loving |
|
life partner; and |
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Aaron count among their blessings a |
|
fine family that includes their children, Jack Aaron and his wife, |
|
Donna, Chris Aaron, and Cathy Kinlaw and her husband, Chris, as well |
|
as their grandchildren, Becky, Tori, Matthew, Kayleigh, Emilyann, |
|
and Mollie, and great-grandchild, Zane, with whom they treasure |
|
spending many special occasions; and |
|
WHEREAS, For six decades, Jack and Marceline Aaron have |
|
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
|
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Jack and Marceline Aaron on their |
|
60th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
|
continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for the couple as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
House of Representatives. |
