R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The orderly functioning of the Texas House of
  Representatives is facilitated by the diligent efforts of the
  hard-working individuals who staff the parking areas and garages at
  the State Capitol; and
         WHEREAS, These conscientious employees of the office of the
  house sergeant-at-arms are responsible for safeguarding the
  vehicles of legislators and guaranteeing the availability of their
  parking spaces; and
         WHEREAS, The house parking attendants include Jerry Amaya of
  Lot 25, Juan Marinez of Lot 11, Billy Moore of the P1 Extension
  Garage, Ralph Rios Jr. of the West Drive, Richard Robinson of the
  North Drive, Rudell Roe of the P2 Extension Garage, and Howard
  Seymour of Lot 8; and
         WHEREAS, Through their exemplary dedication, these staff
  members help to ensure the successful day-to-day operations of the
  Texas House of Representatives, and they may indeed take pride in a
  job well done; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend the parking attendants of the office of
  the house sergeant-at-arms for their exceptional work and extend to
  them sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
         
         RESOLVED, That official copies of this resolution be prepared
  for them as an expression of high regard by the Texas House of
  Representatives.
