R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Rachel Elise Spross of Crawford made her social |
|
|
debut at the 60th annual International Debutante Ball in New York |
|
|
City on December 29, 2014; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Farron Lynn Spross, |
|
|
Ms. Spross attends The University of Texas, where she is a member of |
|
|
Pi Beta Phi sorority, the Natural Sciences Council, and the Senate |
|
|
of the College Council's marketing team; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This notable young woman is also dedicated to giving |
|
|
back to her community, and her efforts have earned her the |
|
|
President's Volunteer Service Award and the Hugh O'Brian Leadership |
|
|
for Service Award; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Rachel Spross has worked toward her goals with |
|
|
remarkable initiative and drive, and her outstanding record of |
|
|
achievement heralds a bright and promising future; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Rachel Elise Spross on her |
|
|
presentation as a debutante and extend to her sincere best wishes |
|
|
for continued success and achievement; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Spross as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
