R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Schlotzsky's franchise owner Michele |
|
|
Jaroszewski-Webb has deservedly been named the Small Business of |
|
|
the Year Award winner by the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, and |
|
|
this achievement indeed merits special recognition; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A fitting recipient of this notable honor, |
|
|
Ms. Jaroszewski-Webb has benefited local residents as a mentor for |
|
|
Georgetown Partners in Education, through her work with the |
|
|
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and by furnishing more than |
|
|
$12,000 of support to the Georgetown Independent School District; |
|
|
in addition, downtown visitors delight in the cookies she provides |
|
|
each year for the annual Lighting of the Square; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Those individuals who give generously of their time |
|
|
and talents strengthen the communities in which they live, and it is |
|
|
a pleasure to recognize Michele Jaroszewski-Webb for her |
|
|
contributions to the greater good; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Michele Jaroszewski-Webb on her |
|
|
receipt of the Small Business of the Year Award from the Georgetown |
|
|
Chamber of Commerce and extend to her sincere best wishes for the |
|
|
future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Jaroszewski-Webb as an expression of high regard |
|
|
by the Texas House of Representatives. |
