R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Lieutenant Christopher Bieze was honored as Officer |
|
|
of the Year of the Cottonwood Shores Police Department at the Hill |
|
|
Country 100 Club Membership/Awards Banquet on January 15, 2015; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Founded in 2002, the Hill Country 100 Club provides |
|
|
valuable support to first responders in Central Texas; each year, |
|
|
the organization's awards banquet honors outstanding peace |
|
|
officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and support |
|
|
staff in Burnet, Llano, Blanco, and Lampasas Counties; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Lieutenant Bieze has served as a peace officer for |
|
|
nearly two decades, and he has been a member of the Cottonwood |
|
|
Shores Police Department since 2014; in addition to fulfilling his |
|
|
duties as an officer, he attends college full-time in pursuit of a |
|
|
degree in criminal justice; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through his dedication to public service, |
|
|
Christopher Bieze exemplifies the highest ideals of his profession |
|
|
and contributes immeasurably to the safety and well-being of his |
|
|
fellow citizens; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Lieutenant Christopher Bieze on |
|
|
his selection as the Hill Country 100 Club Officer of the Year for |
|
|
the Cottonwood Shores Police Department and extend to him sincere |
|
|
best wishes for continued success with his important work; and, be |
|
|
it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Lieutenant Bieze as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
