R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Robert and Ramona Williams of Sun City Georgetown |
|
|
celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on February 11, 2015, and |
|
|
they may indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they |
|
|
have shared; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1965, Mr. and Mrs. Williams |
|
|
exchanged the vows of matrimony at St. Joseph Catholic Church in |
|
|
Barstow, California, and over the course of their marriage, they |
|
|
have found in each other a loving life partner; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Williams count among their blessings a |
|
|
fine family that includes their children, Lisa Wright and her |
|
|
husband, Kevin, Robert Williams Jr. and his wife, Celeste, and Todd |
|
|
Williams and his wife, Sonja, as well as their grandchildren, |
|
|
Justin, Whitney, Madison, Jack, and Lucas, with whom they treasure |
|
|
spending many special occasions; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For half a century, Bob and Mona Williams have |
|
|
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
|
|
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Robert and Ramona Williams on their |
|
|
50th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for the couple as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
