R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Dewayne Oates has ably served his fellow citizens as |
|
|
a valued employee of the City of Livingston for 35 years; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Area residents benefit greatly from the dedicated |
|
|
work of municipal staff, whose efforts are helping to make |
|
|
Livingston an even better place in which to live and work; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through his skill and commitment to serving the |
|
|
public, Mr. Oates has contributed immeasurably to his community, |
|
|
and he can take justifiable pride in a job well done; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby honor Dewayne Oates for his 35 years of service |
|
|
to the City of Livingston and extend to him sincere best wishes for |
|
|
the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Oates as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
