R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Cletus and Betty Wark of West University Place are |
|
|
celebrating their 66th wedding anniversary on April 30, 2015, and |
|
|
they may indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they |
|
|
have shared; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1949, Mr. and Mrs. Wark |
|
|
exchanged the vows of matrimony in Houston, and over the course of |
|
|
their marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For more than six and a half decades, Cletus and |
|
|
Betty Wark have brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and |
|
|
devotion, and it is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring |
|
|
commitment; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Cletus and Betty Wark on their 66th |
|
|
wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for the couple as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
