R E S O L U T I O N

|
|
WHEREAS, Bella Sera was presented with the People's Choice |
|
|
Award by the Pilot Club of Jasper during the organization's Taste of |
|
|
Jasper fund-raiser on March 28, 2015; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This annual event, which showcases numerous local |
|
|
food vendors and hosts a silent auction, helps support the club's |
|
|
mission of strengthening families and providing education services |
|
|
and scholarships; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, An Italian restaurant owned by Al and Victoria |
|
|
Ademaj, Bella Sera captured its second consecutive title with a |
|
|
pasta entrée; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Locally owned restaurants play a vital role in the |
|
|
life of a community, and it is indeed fitting to recognize Bella |
|
|
Sera on its contributions to the prosperity and culinary experience |
|
|
of Jasper; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Bella Sera on its receipt of the |
|
|
2015 People's Choice Award from the Pilot Club of Jasper and extend |
|
|
to Al and Victoria Ademaj and their staff sincere best wishes for |
|
|
the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for the restaurant as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
