R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The certain knowledge of a life well lived may help
  comfort the loved ones of Cynthia Ann French of Mineola, who passed
  away on January 29, 2015, at the age of 67; and
         WHEREAS, The former Cindy Turbeville was born in Mineola on
  October 9, 1947, to Mansell and Olga Turbeville; she graduated from
  Deer Park High School in 1966 and married her high school
  sweetheart, Terry French, the following year; the couple shared 47
  years together and raised two children, Keith and Brandy; as her
  family grew, she became affectionately known as "Grams" to her five
  grandchildren; and
         WHEREAS, During her husband's career with the air force,
  Mrs. French traveled with him throughout the United States and
  Europe; after returning home to Mineola, she volunteered with and
  then became the director of Kindness Kottage, a resale shop that
  also provides local residents with access to the food bank and
  emergency assistance programs; and
         WHEREAS, Cindy French was a devoted wife, mother, and
  grandmother as well as a valued member of her community, and
  cherished memories of time spent in her company will long endure in
  the hearts of her family and friends; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Cynthia Ann French and
  extend heartfelt condolences to the members of her family: to her
  husband, Terry French; to her children, Keith French and his wife,
  Gretchen, and Brandy Lyons and her husband, Donald; to her
  grandchildren, Alexander, Christian, and Lauren French and Taylor
  and Ethan Lyons; to her siblings, Cheryl Stork and her husband,
  Stan, Lisa Lucas, Gary French and his wife, Terry, and Dana French
  and his wife, JoAnne; and to her other relatives and friends; and,
  be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Cindy
  French.
