R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Five deserving individuals have been named to the
  2015 4-H Shooting Sports Texas Shotgun Team, and this
  accomplishment truly merits special recognition; and
         WHEREAS, The members of the Shotgun Team are chosen based on a
  range of factors that includes their previous experience in 4-H
  Shooting Sports projects as well as their involvement in other
  activities, both inside and outside of 4-H; these exemplary Texans
  make up one of nine squads who will represent the state at the 2015
  4-H Shooting Sports National Invitational taking place June 21
  through 26 in Grand Island, Nebraska; and
         WHEREAS, Hailing from locations across Texas, the members of
  the Shotgun Team include Chance Hunsaker of Nueces County 4-H,
  Brandon Hobbs of Callahan County 4-H, Tara Creighton of Madison
  County 4-H, and Melissa Barringer and Rachel Barringer of Victoria
  County 4-H; this dedicated group of shooters benefits from the
  expertise and encouragement of coach Richard Hodge of Guadalupe
  County 4-H; and
         WHEREAS, The members of the 4-H Shooting Sports Texas Shotgun
  Team are fitting representatives of the Lone Star State, and they
  may take justifiable pride in earning a place among the other top
  4-H shooters from around the nation; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate the members of the 2015 4-H
  Shooting Sports Texas Shotgun Team and extend to them sincere best
  wishes for success at the national invitational; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for the team as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
