R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The loved ones of Francisco Espinoza of Robstown
  were greatly saddened by his passing on April 11, 2015, at the age
  of 88; and
         WHEREAS, Francisco Espinoza was born in Geronimo on June 4,
  1926, to Ricardo and Concepcion Mendoza Espinoza; he shared 63
  loving years with his wife, Maria, and the couple were blessed with
  four children, Gloria, Rosendo, Gracie, and Frank; and
         WHEREAS, From 1944 to 1946, Mr. Espinoza served aboard the
  USS Dayton as a member of the navy, and he went on to enjoy a notable
  35-year career in civil service; and
         WHEREAS, Although he will be deeply missed, memories of
  Francisco Espinoza will be forever treasured by those who were
  fortunate enough to share in the richness of his life; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Francisco Espinoza
  and extend heartfelt sympathy to the members of his family: to his
  wife, Maria Espinoza; to his children, Gloria Martinez, Rosendo
  Espinoza and his wife, Cynthia, Gracie Aguilar, and Frank Espinoza
  Jr. and his wife, Linda; to his siblings, Florencio and Genaro
  Espinoza, Pauline Almeida, Josefa Sanchez, and Janie Ocanas; to his
  7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and
  great-great-granddaughter; and to his other relatives and friends;
  and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Francisco
  Espinoza.
