R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Caleb Penney received well-deserved recognition |
|
|
when he was named Athlete of the Week at Jasper Junior High School |
|
|
in 2015; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The son of proud parents Carlton and Beth Penney, |
|
|
Caleb Penney has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to |
|
|
excellence in competitive sports on campus; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This young athlete's skill and determination are an |
|
|
inspiration to his teammates, his coaches, and his fellow students, |
|
|
and he may take justifiable pride in his accomplishments; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Caleb Penney on his selection as |
|
|
Jasper Junior High School Athlete of the Week and extend to him |
|
|
sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Penney as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
