R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Katy Koch received well-deserved recognition when |
|
|
she was named Student of the Week at Jasper High School in 2015; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The daughter of Conya Koch, Katy Koch has |
|
|
distinguished herself through her academic achievements and |
|
|
through her involvement in the National Honor Society and her |
|
|
school's band and color guard; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Koch has proven herself a leader both in and out |
|
|
of the classroom, and her ability and initiative predict a bright |
|
|
future for this notable young Texan; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Katy Koch on her selection as |
|
|
Jasper High School Student of the Week and extend to her sincere |
|
|
best wishes for continued success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Koch as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
