R E S O L U T I O N

|
WHEREAS, Chesni Broussard received well-deserved recognition |
|
|
when she was named Student of the Week at Jasper Junior High School |
|
|
in 2015; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The daughter of proud parents John and Rhonda |
|
|
Billingsley, Chesni Broussard has distinguished herself through |
|
|
her academic achievements and through her involvement in |
|
|
extracurricular activities such as cheerleading; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Broussard has proven herself a leader both in |
|
|
and out of the classroom, and her ability and initiative predict a |
|
|
bright future for this notable young Texan; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Chesni Broussard on her selection |
|
|
as Jasper Junior High School Student of the Week and extend to her |
|
|
sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Broussard as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
