R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Brittany Harper received well-deserved recognition |
|
|
when she was named Student of the Week at Jasper High School in |
|
|
2015; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The daughter of proud parents Cassandra and Raymond |
|
|
Harper Jr., Brittany Harper has distinguished herself through her |
|
|
academic achievements, her membership in the National Honor |
|
|
Society, and her participation in the varsity volleyball and |
|
|
basketball teams; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Harper has proven herself a leader both in and |
|
|
out of the classroom, and her ability and initiative predict a |
|
|
bright future for this notable young Texan; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Brittany Harper on her selection as |
|
|
Jasper High School Student of the Week and extend to her sincere |
|
|
best wishes for continued success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Harper as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
