R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, William Hon has ably served his fellow Texans as an
  intern in the office of State Representative James White during the
  84th Legislature; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Hon has provided vital
  assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; in
  addition to learning more about the legislative process and the
  issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State, he has gained
  valuable experience in the field of public service; and
         WHEREAS, A 2012 graduate of Livingston High School, Mr. Hon
  is attending Sam Houston State University, where he is majoring in
  agricultural business and minoring in legal studies; he is a member
  of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity and the Delta Tau Alpha Agricultural
  Honor Society, and after his graduation in May 2016, he hopes to
  pursue a career in oil and gas law; and
         WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his
  duties as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is
  indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend William Hon for his service as a
  legislative intern in the office of State Representative James
  White and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in
  all his endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Hon as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
