R E S O L U T I O N
|

|
|
WHEREAS, Gregory Pulte has ably served the people of Texas as |
|
|
a senior education fellow in the office of State Representative |
|
|
Mary González during the 84th Legislative Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Pulte has provided |
|
|
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; |
|
|
in addition to learning more about the legislative process and the |
|
|
issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State, he has gained |
|
|
valuable experience in the field of public service; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The son of Kathleen and William Pulte, Gregory Pulte |
|
|
is a second-year graduate student at The University of Texas at |
|
|
Austin, where he is working toward a Ph.D. in educational policy and |
|
|
planning, with the intent of pursuing a career in academia; he was |
|
|
previously employed for several years at Southern Methodist |
|
|
University, and he is the proud father of a six-year-old daughter, |
|
|
Graciela; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has performed his duties as a |
|
|
senior education fellow with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |
|
|
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Gregory Pulte for his service as a |
|
|
senior education fellow in the office of State Representative Mary |
|
|
González and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued |
|
|
success in all his endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Pulte as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
