R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Carolyn Hise of Georgetown High School has been |
|
|
selected as an honored member of the Covington Who's Who Executive |
|
|
and Professional Registry, and this achievement merits special |
|
|
recognition; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This notable honor is given to individuals who |
|
|
demonstrate excellence in their respective fields; a fitting |
|
|
recipient, Ms. Hise has been a dedicated educator for 12 years; she |
|
|
currently teaches math at Georgetown High School, where she strives |
|
|
to make the subject relevant to the daily lives of her pupils; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Outside of the classroom, Ms. Hise is an active |
|
|
member of the Association of Texas Professional Educators, and she |
|
|
has shared her instruction strategies with teachers across the |
|
|
state; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Those individuals who give generously of their time |
|
|
and talents strengthen the communities in which they live, and it is |
|
|
a pleasure to recognize Carolyn Hise for her dedication to her |
|
|
students and Georgetown High School; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Carolyn Hise on her selection as an |
|
|
honored member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and |
|
|
Professional Registry and extend to her sincere best wishes for the |
|
|
future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Hise as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
