R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Game Warden Gary Hobbs is among the Texas Parks and |
|
|
Wildlife Department officers from House District 68 who have |
|
|
rendered outstanding service at the Texas-Mexico border; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through his dedicated contributions to Operation |
|
|
Strong Safety, Game Warden Hobbs has helped to maintain border |
|
|
security in the Rio Grande Valley and to reduce crime in the region; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Leaving his family and community behind for extended |
|
|
periods of time to fulfill his duties in this vital mission, Game |
|
|
Warden Hobbs has willingly placed himself in harm's way to |
|
|
safeguard the lives and property of his fellow citizens, and he is |
|
|
truly deserving of our gratitude and praise; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Game Warden Gary Hobbs of the Texas |
|
|
Parks and Wildlife Department for his valorous efforts at the |
|
|
Texas-Mexico border as part of Operation Strong Safety and extend |
|
|
to him sincere appreciation for his admirable public service; and, |
|
|
be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Game Warden Hobbs as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
