R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Brandon Weaver received well-deserved recognition |
|
|
when he was named Student of the Week at Jasper High School in 2015; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The son of Troy and Leslie Weaver, Brandon Weaver |
|
|
has distinguished himself through his academic achievements and |
|
|
through his involvement in the National Honor Society, Bulldogs for |
|
|
Christ, and his school's golf and varsity tennis teams; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Weaver has proven himself a leader both in and |
|
|
out of the classroom, and his ability and initiative predict a |
|
|
bright future for this notable young Texan; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Brandon Weaver on his selection as |
|
|
Jasper High School Student of the Week and extend to him sincere |
|
|
best wishes for continued success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Weaver as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
