R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The 100th birthday of an esteemed Texan is indeed
  cause for celebration, and Grace B. Hudgins of Woodville is marking
  this momentous milestone in her life on June 4, 2015; and
         WHEREAS, Born in 1915, Grace Hudgins benefited her community
  for many years as a volunteer for the Tyler County Hospital
  Auxiliary; and
         WHEREAS, A woman of deep religious faith, she has been active
  in Sojourners for Christ, and she has served her congregation at the
  Woodville Church of Christ as a Sunday school teacher; and
         WHEREAS, Grace Hudgins is an inspiration to all who have the
  good fortune to know her, and her 100th birthday offers a welcome
  opportunity to remind her of the special place she holds in the
  hearts of her loved ones; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Grace B. Hudgins on her 100th
  birthday and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued
  happiness; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mrs. Hudgins as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
