R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Reverend Jack M. Teeler has distinguished himself as
  a thoughtful preacher, a successful business owner, and a
  charitable member of the Fort Worth community; and
         WHEREAS, Rev. Teeler is a proud graduate of Kingdom
  Theological Seminary, where he earned his Doctrine of Humanity and
  Divinity; he has since used his education to share the word of God
  with others, preaching his first sermon on July 7, 2001; and
         WHEREAS, He has achieved great success as President and CEO
  of Eyecrafters in the Fort Worth Metroplex over the last 20 years,
  expanding to 5 locations and being voted the number 1 independent
  optical retailer by Luxottica Corp, a Fortune 500 company; in an
  effort to give back to the community, Rev. Teeler has generously
  provided free optical care and eyewear services to low-income
  families and students of Fort Worth ISD over the years; and
         WHEREAS, Rev. Teeler's personal motto is, "If I can help
  somebody along life's pathway, then my living shall not be in vain,"
  which he has exemplified through his generous support of local
  churches and public schools across Fort Worth; he has continued to
  show what it means to be selfless and considerate of those most in
  need; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby recognize Rev. Jack M. Teeler for his
  accomplishments and extend to him best wishes for continued
  success; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Rev. Teeler as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
