R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Those young people who give of their time and |
|
talents to assist in the demanding work of the Texas Legislature are |
|
truly deserving of our gratitude and admiration, and Alison Mohr is |
|
one such individual; and |
|
WHEREAS, Originally from Andrews, Ms. Mohr served as a |
|
legislative intern in the office of State Representative Elliott |
|
Naishtat from January to June 2015, and her charm, good heart, and |
|
dedication were greatly appreciated by her colleagues; and |
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Mohr is a graduate of Texas A&M University and |
|
the Master of Science in Social Work program at The University of |
|
Texas at Austin, and her experience with the workings of state |
|
government will no doubt enrich and inform her future; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although her coworkers are sorry to see her tenure |
|
end, they share her excitement in a future that is bright with |
|
promise; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
Legislature hereby honor Alison Mohr for her service as a |
|
legislative intern with the Texas House of Representatives and |
|
extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success and |
|
happiness; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for Ms. Mohr as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
House of Representatives. |
