R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the
  passing of Joe Earl Brunson of Winnsboro on May 1, 2015, at the age
  of 80; and
         WHEREAS, Joe Brunson was born in Dallas on July 5, 1934, to
  Glenn F. and Alma Lou Garrison Brunson; he shared nearly 60 years
  with his beloved wife, Joyce, and the couple were blessed with three
  children, Bobby, Katherine, and Kimberly; and
         WHEREAS, An accomplished businessman, Mr. Brunson
  established Team Worldwide, a domestic freight forwarding company,
  in 1979; he was also the founder and chair of Purley Gates Retreat,
  a Christian camp and recreational facility, and he was a valued
  congregant of Clearwater Baptist Church; and
         WHEREAS, A man who delighted in the simple pleasures, Joe
  Brunson was also a man who treasured his faith and his family, and
  the joy and peace he found in each sustained him throughout his
  life; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Joe Earl Brunson and
  extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his
  children, Bobby Joe Brunson and his wife, Valerie, Katherine Ann
  Rulison and her husband, Ernest, and Kimberly Joyce Wineinger; to
  his brothers, Robert Brunson and his wife, Marsha, and Jerry
  Brunson and his wife, Shirley; to his grandchildren, Kristina Lynn
  Sons, Jason Glenn Brunson, E. J. Rulison, Autumne Rene Hart,
  Jennifer Nicole Gibbs, and Amy Lynn Valle; to his 11
  great-grandchildren; and to his other relatives and friends; and,
  be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Joe Earl
  Brunson.
