R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the |
|
|
passing of Mary Ann Stotzer of Seguin on November 9, 2013, at the |
|
|
age of 87; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The former Mary Ann Blumberg was born to Christina |
|
|
and Gus Blumberg; she married Raymond Stotzer Jr., and the couple |
|
|
was blessed with a daughter, Susan; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through the years, Mrs. Stotzer also served as a |
|
|
source of wisdom and inspiration to her grandchildren, Michelle |
|
|
Keller, Nicole and Rory Haecker, Christopher Keller, and Stacey and |
|
|
Jason Cross, as well as a number of great-grandchildren; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although she is deeply missed, memories of this |
|
|
beloved woman will be forever treasured by those who were fortunate |
|
|
enough to share in the richness of her life; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Mary Ann Stotzer and |
|
|
extend sincere condolences to the members of her family: to her |
|
|
daughter, Susan Stotzer Null, and her husband, Jerry; to her |
|
|
grandchildren, Michelle Keller, Nicole and Rory Haecker, |
|
|
Christopher Keller, and Stacey and Jason Cross; to her |
|
|
great-grandchildren; and to her other relatives and friends; and, |
|
|
be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Mary Ann |
|
|
Stotzer. |
