R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Susana Valdez is graduating from Pasadena Early |
|
|
College High School on June 4, 2015; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In undertaking the rigorous PECHS curriculum, |
|
|
Ms. Valdez has completed an accelerated course of study in which |
|
|
she has earned both a high school diploma and an associate's degree |
|
|
in social and behavioral studies from San Jacinto Community |
|
|
College; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Valdez will attend the University of |
|
|
Houston-Clear Lake in the fall, and she hopes to one day pursue a |
|
|
career as a health care administrator; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, During her years at PECHS, this accomplished young |
|
|
Texan has distinguished herself through her skill and determination, |
|
|
and the knowledge and confidence she has acquired along the way will |
|
|
serve her well in the years to come; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Susana Valdez on her graduation |
|
|
from Pasadena Early College High School as a member of the Class of |
|
|
2015 and extend to her sincere best wishes for the future; and, be |
|
|
it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Valdez as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
