R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, A rich and purposeful life drew to a close with the
  passing of Pauline Counts Hargrove of Mount Pleasant on May 16,
  2015, at the age of 93; and
         WHEREAS, The former Pauline Counts was born to Virgil and
  Lela Easley Counts in Titus County on October 8, 1921; one of eight
  siblings, she grew up with three brothers, Julian, V. C., and David,
  and four sisters, Wilma, Virgil, Eunice, and Rachel; and
         WHEREAS, On October 21, 1941, she married Conrad Hargrove,
  and through the years, she devoted herself to her home and family;
  she lovingly raised her three children, Bascom, Alton, and Karen,
  and she took great pride in her grandchildren, great-grandchildren,
  and great-great-grandchild; a woman of faith, she attended Liberty
  Hill Baptist Church; and
         WHEREAS, Those fortunate enough to have known Pauline
  Hargrove will remember the way she touched their lives with her
  warmth and kindness, and she will forever hold a treasured place in
  their hearts; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Pauline Counts
  Hargrove and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family:
  to her sons, Bascom Hargrove and his wife, Sharon, and Alton
  Hargrove and his wife, Joanne; to her daughter, Karen Reese, and her
  husband, Randy; to her grandchildren, Laura Reynolds and her
  husband, Billy, Kevin Hargrove and his wife, Lynell, Dana Schelin
  and her husband, Anthony, Brandy Hughes and her husband, Rusty,
  Brandon Reese, and Tim, Kathy, and Katie Hargrove; to her
  great-grandchildren, Aron Farley, Tristen Reynolds, Braden, Brian,
  and Brant Hargrove, Hannah Hughes, Holly and Kaitlyn Reese,
  Alexander, Austin, and Ananbelle Menchini, and Quinn and Piper
  Schelin; to her great-great-grandchild, Ashton Farley; to her
  brother, Julian Counts, and his wife, Ann; to her sister, Wilma
  Counts Carpenter; to her sister-in-law, Annie Counts; and to all
  her other relatives and many friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Pauline
  Counts Hargrove.
