R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Jessica I. Rodriguez has ably served her fellow |
|
|
Texans as an intern in the office of State Representative Senfronia |
|
|
Thompson during the 84th Legislative Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Jessica Rodriguez is a participant in the Sam |
|
|
Houston Austin Internship Program, which provides students from Sam |
|
|
Houston State University with the opportunity to gain valuable work |
|
|
experience while learning more about the legislative process and |
|
|
the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Rodriguez has provided |
|
|
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, |
|
|
and in so doing, she has earned the respect and appreciation of her |
|
|
colleagues; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has demonstrated |
|
|
exceptional skill and commitment in carrying out her duties as a |
|
|
legislative intern, and she is indeed deserving of special |
|
|
recognition for her contributions to the office of Representative |
|
|
Thompson; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Jessica I. Rodriguez for her service as |
|
|
a legislative intern in the office of State Representative |
|
|
Senfronia Thompson and extend to her sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued success in all her endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Rodriguez as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
