R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Rodrigo Solloa, who has ably served his fellow |
|
|
Texans as a legislative aide in the office of State Representative |
|
|
Roland Gutierrez during the 84th Legislative Session, graduated |
|
|
from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2015 with a bachelor's |
|
|
degree in government; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, During his years at UT, Mr. Solloa was a member of |
|
|
the Latin Economics and Business Association, and he gained |
|
|
valuable professional experience by interning with the Department |
|
|
of Transportation Puebla in Mexico, Petro Mex in Austin, and Rest |
|
|
Corp in McAllen; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Completing his college degree while working as a |
|
|
legislative aide has required exemplary initiative and dedication, |
|
|
and Mr. Solloa is indeed deserving of special recognition for his |
|
|
notable achievements; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Rodrigo Solloa on his graduation |
|
|
from The University of Texas at Austin and commend him for his |
|
|
service as a legislative aide in the office of State Representative |
|
|
Roland Gutierrez; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Solloa as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
