R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Steven Forrest Will has ably served his fellow |
|
|
Texans as legislative director in the office of State |
|
|
Representative Stephanie Klick during the 84th Legislature; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Steven Will's resourcefulness and initiative have |
|
|
earned the appreciation of his colleagues, and his contributions to |
|
|
carrying forth Representative Klick's legislative agenda have |
|
|
helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a |
|
|
bachelor's degree in political science, Mr. Will also holds a |
|
|
master's degree in public policy from the University of Colorado in |
|
|
Boulder; with experience as a public employee dating back to 2003, |
|
|
he has previously served as a legislative aide and legislative |
|
|
director for Texas State Representative William Callegari and as |
|
|
legislative director for State Representative Cindy Burkett, and |
|
|
the knowledge he gained in those roles has greatly assisted him in |
|
|
his most recent assignment with Representative Klick; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his |
|
|
duties as legislative director with skill and dedication, and he is |
|
|
indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Steven Forrest Will for his service as |
|
|
legislative director in the office of State Representative |
|
|
Stephanie Klick and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued |
|
|
success in all his endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Will as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
