| relating to the repeal of the authorization for a governing body to | ||
| conduct economic development negotiations in a closed meeting under | ||

| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 551.087, Government Code, is repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. | ||
