| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 107.002, Family Code, is amended by | ||
| adding Subsection (j) to read as follows: | ||
| (j) Information obtained by a guardian ad litem appointed | ||
| for a child under this chapter is not subject to discovery by any | ||
| party. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. | ||
