A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the creation of an additional family district court for |
|
|
Fort Bend County. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Subchapter D, Chapter 24, Government Code, is |
|
|
amended by adding Section 24.644 to read as follows: |
|
|
Sec. 24.644. 505TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (FORT BEND COUNTY). |
|
|
The 505th Judicial District is composed of Fort Bend County. |
|
|
SECTION 2. The 505th Judicial District is created on the |
|
|
effective date of this Act. |
|
|
SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
