SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 643

Nathan Charles Fritsch |
|
|
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas honors and |
|
commemorates the life of Nathan Charles Fritsch, who died |
|
January 3, 2015, at the age of 43; and |
|
WHEREAS, Nathan Fritsch was born on February 20, 1971; he |
|
enriched the lives of those who knew him, and he was noted for his |
|
bighearted spirit and his dedication to helping those in need; and |
|
WHEREAS, He graduated from Pasadena High School and |
|
attended Texas A&M University, and he served with distinction for |
|
two years in the United States Air Force; after his military |
|
service, he joined the United States Department of Homeland |
|
Security; and |
|
WHEREAS, During his 23 years of distinguished service with |
|
the department, he worked as a customs officer, a canine |
|
enforcement officer, and a special agent with Immigration and |
|
Customs Enforcement; and |
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Fritsch was an exemplary citizen who was |
|
committed to ensuring the safety and security of the nation; he |
|
was beloved by many, and he leaves behind memories that will long |
|
be cherished by all who were privileged to share in his life; now, |
|
therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th |
|
Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved |
|
family of Nathan Charles Fritsch; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for |
|
his family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas |
|
Senate and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in |
|
memory of Nathan Fritsch. |
