SENATE RESOLUTION
|
|
|
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th |
|
|
Legislature, Regular Session, 2015, That Senate Rule 12.03 be |
|
|
suspended in part as provided by Senate Rule 12.08 to enable the |
|
|
conference committee appointed to resolve the differences on |
|
|
House Bill 923 (the issuance of 36th Infantry Division specialty |
|
|
license plates and souvenir license plates) to consider and take |
|
|
action on the following matter: |
|
|
Senate Rule 12.03(4) is suspended to permit the committee |
|
|
to add text on a matter which is not included in either the house |
|
|
or senate version of the bill by adding the following text to |
|
|
SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 504.009(a-1), |
|
|
Transportation Code: |
|
|
Texas Military Department, as defined by Section 437.001, |
|
|
Government Code, |
|
|
Explanation: This addition is necessary to authorize the |
|
|
Texas Military Department to issue a souvenir version of the 36th |
|
|
Infantry Division specialty license plate. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
