IN RE: | HB77 by González, Mary (Relating to a study of the Dallas Men Against Abuse program.), As Engrossed |
The bill would require that the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), with assistance from the other health and human services agencies and the Texas Education Agency (TEA) as needed, conduct a study and report to the legislature on the Dallas Men Against Abuse program.
This analysis assumes that any costs to HHSC to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources. TEA indicates that any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.Source Agencies: | 529 Health and Human Services Commission, 530 Family and Protective Services, Department of, 701 Central Education Agency
