No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to the storage of certain liquids at retail service stations in certain unincorporated areas. The bill would permit certain commissioners courts, by order, to limit the maximum volume of an aboveground storage tank in an unincorporated area of a county in accordance with the county fire code.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
