No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Office of Court Administration to conduct a study on the public availability of Class C misdemeanor conviction records as well as the public availability of records relating to a suspension of sentence and deferral of final disposition. The study would need to be completed by January 1, 2017. It is assumed the agency could absorb the costs of this study within current resources.

There may be cost to local courts; however, no significant fiscal implication is anticipated.
