IN RE: | HB348 by Dutton (Relating to the punishment for certain conduct constituting the offense of official oppression and to the statute of limitation on prosecution of that conduct.), As Introduced |
The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure and Penal Code as they relate to the punishment for the offense of official oppression and to the statute of limitation on prosecution of the offense. This analysis assumes implementing the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant impact on state correctional agencies, programs, or workloads.
