The bill would amend the Election Code to allow certain persons to vote in certain elections.
The Secretary of State indicates that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
The bill would take effect on the date on which the constitutional amendment proposed by the 84th Legislature, Regular Session, 2015, authorizing this act takes effect.
