HB441 by Gonzales, Larry (Relating to the use of a court order as an occupational license.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to increase the time in which a person may use a copy of a court order granting an occupational license to 45 days after the date the order takes effect.

The Office of Court Administration and the Department of Public Safety anticipate no significant fiscal impact as the result of implementing the bill.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
