This bill would amend the Labor Code relating to the period during which an employee may file a claim for unpaid wages with the Texas Workforce Commission. Based on information provided by the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
