No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Occupations Code relating to peace officers commissioned by the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. Based on the analysis of the agency, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.
