No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend portions of the Parks and Wildlife Code to exempt certain law enforcement and active duty military personnel from the requirement to complete a hunter education course prior to receiving a hunting license.  The bill would allow the Parks and Wildlife Department to charge an administrative fee to process applications of those exempted from the requirement. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
